• In the area of ??IT Classrooms and User Support (IT classrooms management, HelpDesk and technical support for the academic community, Printing service management);
• Collaboration in terms of training and skills management at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar (Instituto Politécnico de Tomar) (IPT) in the information systems and technologies field;
• Carrying out studies to identify IPT's IT needs and proposing solutions to be adopted to harmoniously satisfy these needs;
• Provide IT support and services to interested entities;
• Support the IPT and its organic units in the management of the existing computer applications in the various services.
