Objectives
- Analyze conflict and its management in the context of peaceful and constructive dispute resolution;
- Analyze the interdependent relationships among those involved and their implications for individual, group, and social dynamics as potential sources of conflict;
- Identify conflict situations and develop appropriate strategies for managing and resolving them;
- Develop conflict prevention strategies within organizations;
- Address conflicts by seeking mutually beneficial solutions, identifying common goals, and developing alternatives;
- Resolve conflicts constructively.

Chapter IV - Mediation
4.1. Nature, Characteristics, and Types of Mediation

Evaluation Methodology
Periodic Assessment:
- Individual written test (40%)
- Group case studies (60%).

Students whose average grade is 10 or higher will pass and be exempt from the exam.

Final assessment:
- written exam (100%), during the periods specified in the academic calendar
