Objectives
On completion of the module the students should have a general overview of the consumption process and its influencing variables as well as the impact of marketing on consumer bahaviour.

Evaluation Methodology
During the continuous assessment period: classroom questions (100%). Students who achieve a grade of 10 or higher are exempt from the exam.
Exam Periods: written exam (100%).
