Objectives
O1 Understanding of the reuse and refurbishment of existing buildings.
O2 Learn and develop the ability to include technical, environmental and regulatory aspects into refurbishment,renovation, adaptation and reuse projects.
Program
1. How to manage built heritage: concepts and doctrinal principles.
2. Adaptation and functional renovation of buildings: strategies and methods of intervention.
3. Interventions in buildings: remodelling, reuse, and functional adaptation.
Evaluation Methodology
Individual pratical work.
Eligibility to take the exam: a minimum mark of 9.5/20 exempts students from taking the exam.
Exam assessment: written test
