Objectives
Students should understand the key concepts of Organizational Behavior and the interaction between individuals, groups, and organizations; analyze the influence of behavioral variables on attitudes and behaviors in the workplace; and apply concepts and models of Organizational Behavior to the analysis of organizational situations and decision-making in Human Resources Management.

Evaluation Methodology
Periodic assessment:
- written test (40%)
- group project (60%), with the results presented in the form of a scientific poster

Final assessment:
- written exam (100%), during the periods specified in the academic calendar

Students whose average grade is equal to or greater than 10 points are approved and exempted from the exam.

Practical classes involving the analysis and discussion of case studies, and the development and presentation of a group project.
