Objectives
Students will familiarise themselves with the regulations ruling labour relationships and distinguish between collective and individual law.Identify types of contracts,rights and duties of contractual parties and contract termination forms.

Evaluation Methodology
Two written tests will be administered, each worth 50%. A score below 8 points may not be obtained at any time during the assessment, or students will be immediately admitted to the exam. In the continuous assessment, students who achieve an average of 10 points will pass and be exempt from the exam.
Students admitted to the exam will take the written exam and will be "Passed" if they obtain a mark of 10.
During the appeal period, students will be "Passed" if they obtain a mark of 10.
