• Life cycle of tech start-ups and digital start-ups (ideation, MVP, traction,
scalability)
• SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace, and app business models
• Metrics and KPIs for digital businesses (CAC, LTV, churn, MRR)
• Lean Startup and validating ideas with real customers
• Structuring and growing online businesses
• Product metrics and user behaviour
