Organizations have become increasingly concerned with their employees in terms of safety, comfort, and well-being, and have developed multiple initiatives aimed at reducing workplace accident rates and occupational diseases.
Manual handling of loads is one of the main ergonomic risk factors and is commonly associated with musculoskeletal pain, reduced productivity, and, in many cases, medical leave. This training therefore aims to equip employees with the skills to apply better ergonomic practices in their daily work.
The training plan provides that, after a brief introduction to Ergonomics, topics related to ergonomic analysis factors, manual handling of loads, musculoskeletal injuries, and the main physical working conditions will be addressed.
There will be a written assessment.
