Objectives
1 - Demonstrate the importance of Ergonomics in the performance of professional tasks.

2 - Differentiate the main ergonomic risks in the performance of professional activities.

3 - Identify alternatives that minimize ergonomic risks resulting from the use of desktop computers or laptops.
4 - Identify environmental and psychosocial risks in the work environment.
