Objectives
The aim of the course is for students to develop competences that will enable them to:
Relate the production function to the other functional areas of the company;
Apply the fundamental models, techniques and methods developed in the field of Production Management;
Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) methodologies;
Use IT resources to apply fundamental production management techniques.

Evaluation Methodology
The assessment is made up of two parts, according to the organization of the curricular contents (I and II), in either period, consisting of practical work to be carried out during the semester.
The work in part I is worth 30% of the final grade, and the work to be done in part II is worth 70% of the final grade.
Passing the subject implies a final grade greater than or equal to 10.
