Objectives
1. Acquire knowledge about the main theoretical perspectives on differences at the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral levels.
2. Explain the main individual differences.
3. Interpret the results of studies related to differences.
4. Recognize the impact of differences in organizations.

Evaluation Methodology
During term time: submission of a group assignment and its presentation over the semester (worth 25%) and a written exam at the end of the semester (worth 75%). Students whose weighted average is equal to or greater than 9.5 (nine point five) and who score a minimum of 7.0 (seven point zero) in the written test are exempt from the exam. Both the group work and the written test are graded on a scale of 0 to 20.
- Exam periods: written test (100 per cent).
- Another form of assessment may be agreed upon for Erasmus students.
