Evaluation Methodology
Course assessment, at any assessment stage, is based on the project report as follows:
Continuous assessment:
The project report fulfils the following stages:
written report (60%); ii) individual oral presentation (30%): class participation (10%).
Students with a mark of 9.5 or more in all stages will pass.
The final mark will correspond to the weighted average of the 3 stages, and a mark of 9.5 is required to pass the course.
Assessment by exam:
Human Resources project with oral discussion (100%)
