Objectives
Students should be able to:
- Define organizational creativity, innovation, learning and change.
- Describe the process of creativity.
- Describe the process of organizational innovation.
- Describe the organizational learning process.
- Describe the process of organizational change.
- Identify the importance and competitive advantage of creativity and innovation.
- Identify tools that promote creativity.
At the end of the course students should know how to use and foster creativity and encourage innovation in the organization.

- Tools.
2. Organizational innovation:
- Definition.
- Process.
3. Organizational learning:
- Definition.
- Process.
4. Organizational change:
- Definition.
- Process.
- Barriers and management strategies.
5. In terms of innovation and creativity, they must follow the 11th SDG, which calls for inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable cities and communities.

Evaluation Methodology
Mid-term assessment: Presentation, throughout the semester and in stages, of the creative and innovative idea and its development. Students with a mark of 10 or more in the mid-term assessment are exempted from taking the exam.
Exam assessment of a creative and innovative project at the examination period set in the academic calendar.

Teaching Method
In order to fulfil the requirements of their assignment, students are required to collect data on each topic of the course contents. They must then request guidance from their teacher in order to achieve the proposed objectives.
