Objectives
Students should familiarise themselves with the regulations governing labour relationships and understand the respective tools, discriminate between collective and individual Law, identify types of contracts,rights and duties of the contractual parties and contract termination modes.

Evaluation Methodology
Two written tests will be administered, each carrying a weighting of 50%. Only students who achieve a mark of 8 (out of 10) or above in the initial test will be permitted to proceed to the second test. In the context of continuous assessment, the student who attains an average of 10 marks will be deemed to have met the requisite standard and will be exempt from the examination.
The student who is admitted to the examination takes the written examination and is deemed to have passed if they obtain 10 marks.
During the resit period, students are deemed to have passed if they have obtained 10 marks.
