Objectives
The students will have an overview of the legal system. They should understand the dynamic of legal diplomas and existing sources of law. They should also be familiar with the political organisation of the State and be able to identify the branches of law.
Program
1.Introduction. Concept of Law.
2.The elements of Law.
3.Sources of Law.
4.Branches of Law.
5.Interpretation and integration of Law.
6.Legal relationship.
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment will consist of two written tests, each worth 50%. A score lower than 8 points may not be obtained at any time during the assessment, under penalty of immediate admission to the exam.
Students admitted to the exam take a written exam and are awarded a "Pass" score if they achieve a mark of 10.
During the appeal period, students are awarded a "Pass" score if they achieve a mark of 10.
