Objectives
1 - To know the fundamental processes of HPH in an organization.
2 - Articulate the various HR procedures.
3 - Demonstrate autonomy in people's management.
4 - Reveal critical and reflective sense about people's management.
Program
- Human Resources Management: Strategic HR Management; Role of HRM, historical evolution
3 - Recruitment (main stages) and Selection (tests and interviews). Employer Branding strategy and talent retention.
4 - Job analysis and description (concepts and information collection techniques).
5 - Performance management (explanatory factors, classification, evaluation methods). Practical cases of companies in the automotive sector, among others.
6 - Reward systems (main components). Examples of variable compensation (a case)
7 - Training and skills development (time, teamwork, communication, etc.); Case of development of individual plans.
8 - Organizational dysfunctions (absenteeism, stress, burnout, etc.). Key performance indicators KPIs
9- International management; expatriation, impatriation, immigration and emigration; Inclusion policies.
10 - Approach to behavioral variables:
Emotions and emotional intelligence;
Motivation and job satisfaction;
Leadership, decision making, conflict management in the role HR role
Organizational culture;
Organizational communication and change;
Approach to managing different generations.
11 - Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB):
Human resource management practices that promote CCOs; Case of Policies on Moral Harassment and Well-being in Organizations, among others.
The ethical approach and gender equality as CCO (5th SDG).
Evaluation Methodology
Periodic Assessment: Group work with up to a maximum of 3 students with an oral presentation in class (60%) and an individual written test (40%), with a minimum grade of 9.5 being mandatory in each of the assessment tests described.
Exam Periods: Written assessment (100%).
