Evaluation Methodology
During the Frequency Assessment period, the assessment of the CU is continuous and the final grade results from the following weighting: Active participation in classes (10%) + Practical exercises proposed in class (90%).
The indicated assessment also applies to Erasmus students.
Working students should contact the lecturer during the first two weeks of classes to find out how they will be assessed.
Students whose weighted average is equal to or higher than 9.5 (nine point five) are exempt from the exam.
Students who have obtained a grade of 7 (seven) or higher in the attendance assessment period are admitted to the Examination Assessment.
During the Examination Assessment period, a theoretical-practical exercise (100%) is expected to be carried out.
During the Special Period, the provisions of Assessment by Examination apply.
Students pass the CU in accordance with the provisions of Points 11 and 12 of Article 11 of the IPT Academic Regulations.
