Objectives
Students will familiarise themselves with the regulations ruling labour relationships and distinguish between collective and individual law.Identify types of contracts,rights and duties of contractual parties and contract termination forms.

Evaluation Methodology
Students who have opted for continuous assessment will be subject to two written tests. In the written test, a grade lower than 8 will result in immediate admission to the exam.
A grade between 8 and 12 will allow the student to take an oral exam, which will be conducted before a jury.
If the student obtains a grade higher than 12 in the continuous assessment tests, they will be exempt from taking the final exam.
Students admitted to the exam will take a written exam and will be “approved” if they obtain a grade of 12, thus being exempt from the oral exam.
During the appeal period, students will be “approved” if they obtain a grade of 10.
