Objectives
Develop skills in project conception, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation through the practical application of project management methodologies and tools. Students are expected to identify needs, problems or opportunities, generate and select ideas that are meaningful to them, and transform these ideas into feasible projects suited to the context and their available skills. The curricular unit also promotes teamwork, organisation, decision-making, communication, critical analysis and reflection on the work carried out.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment: Students will be assessed through a project assignment comprising the Project Action Plan (50%), oral presentations (20%), banner (10%), GAC analysis (10%) and an individual reflective portfolio (10%). Students who do not attend at least two-thirds of the classes, which are considered compulsory, will be excluded from assessment, in accordance with the Academic Regulations in force.
Examination: Project Action Plan (100%).
Any written or practical assessment, including individual or group assignments, may, where there are reasonable doubts regarding the authorship or authenticity of the submitted work, be subject to a supplementary assessment convened by the lecturer in order to clarify those doubts. Failure to attend such an assessment, except for a duly justified reason, or failure to provide the explanations required to confirm the authorship or authenticity of the assessed work may result in a review of the grade awarded, including the total or partial disregard of elements whose authorship or authenticity has not been established. The grade resulting from the supplementary assessment shall prevail, for the elements concerned, for the purposes of the final grade.

Teaching Method
Face-to-face teaching using active methods, combining brief presentations with practical application. Students develop a group project based on their own ideas, supervised in class.
