Objectives
- Explain the role of the manager as a people manager;
- Explain the strategic importance of people as a competitive advantage;
- Identify and describe organizational structures;
- Identify and describe organizational culture;
- Identify the variables that influence human behavior;
- Identify the applications of individual and team behavior management in organizations;
- Identify and characterize psychosocial processes in organizational contexts: team management, leadership, stress management, and social interactions.

Evaluation Methodology
Periodic assessment:
- written test (40%)
- group project (60%), with the results presented in the form of a scientific poster.
Students whose average grade is equal to or greater than 10 points are approved and exempted from the exam.
Final assessment:
- written exam (100%), during the periods specified in the academic calendar.
