Objectives
Explain the role of the manager as a people manager;
Explain the strategic importance of people as a competitive advantage;
Identify and describe organizational structures;
Identify and describe organizational culture;
Identify the variables that influence human behavior;
Identify the applications of individual and team behavior management in organizations;
Identify and characterize psychosocial processes in organizational contexts: team management, leadership, stress management, and social interactions.

1.4. Organizational culture

Chapter II - Individuals in Organizations
2.1. Individual Characteristics and Abilities: cognitive processes, emotional processes, and behaviors

2.3. Attitudes at Work
2.4. Stress and Well-Being at Work

Chapter III - Groups in Organizations
3.1. Types and Characteristics of Groups
3.2. Work Teams and Teamwork
3.3. Social Interactions
3.4. Leadership
3.5. Interpersonal Relationships and Conflicts

Evaluation Methodology
Periodic assessment:
- written test (40%)
- group project (60%), with the results presented in the form of a scientific poster

Final assessment:
- written exam (100%), during the periods specified in the academic calendar

Students whose average grade is equal to or greater than 10 points are approved and exempted from the exam.

Teaching Method
Theoretical lessons covering the main theoretical frameworks of Organizational Behavior.
Practical classes involving the analysis and discussion of case studies, and the development and presentation of a group project.
