What does this course consist of and what are its objectives?
A: The course consists of a wide-ranging, extremely specialised programme, divided into areas that are fundamental to the core of the area. We mustn't forget that the course has 4 core pillars: finance, auditing, accounting and taxation. These areas are complementary and in this course we make the various areas interact, with a strong practical and research component. We use the most advanced methodologies, such as the use of excel, the new theories of finance, auditing and taxation, making the course a mix of great research preparation and practice.
What skills can students acquire?
A: Students will not only acquire a solid knowledge base in corporate finance, investment, risk management, international finance, asset valuation, accounting and tax implications, as well as auditing. In addition, at the end of the degree students will be prepared to learn on their own and retrain in these areas, gaining critical thinking and learning autonomy. It's a very practical and know-how-orientated course, but it also has a strong scientific component.
Our experience tells us that students are able to integrate into the labour market and occupy the highest positions of responsibility in the areas of accounting, finance, auditing and taxation.

A: In this course we have several examples of different types of careers that students have gone on to achieve after this cycle of studies. I can tell you that our graduates are sought after by major consultancies, others work in the offices of major auditors, certified accountants, CFOs and CEOs of companies, financial analysts, investment banks. Careers are very diverse. In some cases, they are studying for a doctorate and aspire to become renowned researchers in the field of finance.
