Objectives
1- Understanding the importance of company strategy in training management; 2. Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of formal and informal training; 3. Framing the training process in the acquisition, dissemination and mobilisation of skills; 4. Drawing up and presenting a diagnosis and proposals for improving a company's training process.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous Assessment: 1 individual assignment - including session plan, individual presentation, evaluation of colleagues' training (50%) and 1 group assignment (3 to 4 elements) including training dossier: session plans (individual assignment) for each student, trainer's manual and trainee's manual (50%)
Final Assessment: (individual work - presentation of the training, which includes the training dossier: session plan, trainer's manual and trainee's manual (100%))
Students who obtain marks above 9.5 will pass.
