2. Describe and characterize the main workplace risks and their assessment methods
3. Identify Personal and Collective Protective Equipment
4. Identify Safety Signage
5. Identify general and specific protection measures
6. Investigate the behavior of the human factor in Occupational Safety, Hygiene, and Health (OSH)
Program
1. Legal obligations of organizations and employees, the notion of danger and risk.
2. Care, aspects, and symptoms of equipment with a visor, maintenance, handling, distance, inspections, energy.
3. Evaluation and application of the Simple and Fine methodology.
4. Legal obligations, inspections, risk potentials, and frequency of critical incidents.
5. Consumption, recycling, and storage of energy, resources, statistics.
6. Organization of content, movement, transportation, and lifting of loads, maintenance of PPE.
7. Installation, maintenance, use of fire protection systems, and arrangement and storage of materials in a preventive and defensive manner.
8. Inventory of safety data sheets, containerization, packaging, information, and use.
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment: Case studies and operational tasks 60%, midterm test: 40%.
Minimum mark for exemption from final assessment: 10 grade points.
Final assessment: written exam.
Minimum mark for passing the final assessment: 10 grade points.
