Organisations are experiencing profound transformations marked by intense dynamics, which continuously challenge their management approaches. In this context, human and intangible factors assume a fundamental and differentiating role. Modern Human Resources Management is not limited to operational tasks - it includes a strategic focus on diagnosing and improving the organisation in a way that supports ongoing, sustainable growth in line with its mission and values. Professionals are required to have specific and advanced skills that can only be acquired through specialised studies, grounded in the continuous updating of knowledge. The Master’s program in Human Resources Management seeks to provide students with advanced technical knowledge and strategic development skills for effective practice in HRM, while also enhancing their scientific research capabilities.
