1- Introduction. 2- Site preparation and control. 3- The construction site. 4- Measurements. 5- Income. 6- Costs. 7- Budget structure. 8- Resource Planning and Management. 9- Introduction to AEC Information Modelling in the budget and planning phase. 10- Price Revision.
Evaluation Methodology
Prcatical assignment (30% of overall grade). Written test either in regular assessment period or in exam period (70% of grade and a minimum mark of 10/209. Minimum module pass mark: 10/20
