Objectives
Know the evolution of constructions and constructive processes; understand the mechanisms of degradation of the materials and constructive elements,their causes and consequences;Identify pathologies of materials and constructions; Know the principles and criteria and the intervention tecnhiques.

1.2.Buildings rehabilitation:
2. Evolution of the constructions
3. Pathology of the materials
4. Non-structural anomalies in primary elements, secondary elements and coatings.
5. Materials and technologies for building rehabilitation
6. Legal regulations of the rehabilitation

Evaluation Methodology
Written test (50%) with a minimum grade of 9.5. Practical Work which consists on the preparation of four pathology sheets and rehabilitation techniques based on real cases of rehabilitation works (45%)

Teaching Method
Theoretical lectures for the presentation of the contents, using audiovisual media and other media.
Theoretical-practical classes with presentation of case studies that provoke analysis and discussion. Study visits and technical sessions.
