1. Selection of the research topic and definition of the research objectives
2. The development of an analytical system
3. Planning the development of an analytical system (defining the scope and objectives; gathering requirements, choosing the model)
4. Development and validation of an analytical system (design / implementation of algorithms, testing, validation of the model
Evaluation Methodology
Implementation of a project integrating and applying the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the course.
Assignment - 50%.
Report - 30%
Presentation and Discussion - 20%.
The evaluation components and respective weights apply to all evaluation periods.
Approval at the UC requires a minimum final classification of 10 values.

Teaching Method
The projects will be distributed by groups of students and will be aligned with the taught subject matter. Assessment is carried out by all those involved in the project developed.
