Objectives
Understand the importance of an ethical and socially responsible business activity. Develop skills in the organizational strategy alignment with the policies and practices of social responsibility
Develop communication skills, taking into account the organization's strategy, teams and change.

Program
A) Multicultural Management and Business Communication: multicultural variables and competencies, leadership of multicultural teams, cultural intelligence profiles, practical examples of multicultural management guidelines, comparative multicultural management b) Leadership and Team Management: Power, influence and leadership in organizations C) Change Management: Decision-making strategies, agents and the process of change, entry and contracting, data collection, diagnosis and feedback, introduction to Intervention, management and leadership, models of approach, traits, behaviors, contingencies, resonances , Different levels of intervention d) Corporate Ethics and Social Responsibility: Ethical behavior at the transactional and contextual level, Social responsibility at the transactional and contextual level, existing examples at the level of organizations, commitment and flowing, outplacement, and empowerment. E) Human Performance Management: objectives of human performance management, human performance systems and processes, methods and instruments.

Evaluation Methodology
I. Continuous Assessment - Two written tests and a group assignment:
a) Written test - weighting 50%;
b) Group work (3 elements) - weighting 35%;
c) Work done in class - weighting 15%;

Information on the theme, structure/group work constitution will be made available on TEAMS

For all assessments, a minimum grade of eight is required. The average of the three grades must be a minimum of ten out of twenty.

Teaching Method
The course is organised into theoretical and practical sessions supported by PowerPoint presentations as well as practical exercises to apply the acquired concepts.
