Objectives
Students must demonstrate skills to recognize and characterize the key concepts, definitions and content of the organization and development of tourist itineraries, and critically analyze case studies related to national and international tourist routes.
Program
1. Tours, Itineraries and Tourist Circuits.
1.1 Settings. Differences and examples.
2. The impacts of tourism,
2.1 The appropriation of territory and the creation of tourist spaces (tourist destinations).
3. Tourism in the geographical scenario
3.1 Concepts of: tourist landscape; touristic region; tourist space; tourist place and, tourist territory.
4. Practical application
4.1 Creation of thematic routes
4.2 Creating circuits
4.3 Itinerary formation
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment. Theoretical component - written test (50%) and Practical component - practical assignment (50%).
