Objectives
- Basic concepts of ICT and Computer Science Engineering;
- Qualify and categorize information on social, prospective and strategic analysis of the impacts of ICT in Computer Science Engineering;
- Express, substantiate and present prospective reasoning about ICT and innovation levers.
Program
The evolution of Societies, Industries, Computing and ICT;
- Sociotechnology, ICT and Computer Engineering;
- Analysis and retrospective, prospective and prospective discussion of evolutionary and innovative ICT processes
- Techniques of ICT research, prospection and information management,
- Production methodologies, presentation and argumentation of technical and prospective ICT monographs.
Evaluation Methodology
The assessment focuses on the presentation and defence of three assignments:
a) a monograph in traditional editorial format of prospective and strategic discussion on an evolving ICT theme (50%);
b) presentation of the monograph topic in a face-to-face environment (25%);
c) presentation of the monograph topic in through videoconferencing(25%).
