Master in Management - a tool for your future

 

The Master in Management (MG) aims to prepare professionals with entrepreneurial skills as well as to give a thorough and rigorous training in order to develop scientific and technical expertise to all those who exercise or plan to be able to perform professional activities in management or develop skills acquired.

        

ECTS: 120
Location: Tomar.

Objectives

 This course is intended for all who seek to consolidate, deepen or update their knowledge in the field, aiming also to respond to stimuli introduced in major government lines, particularly in the implementation of applied research to the various needs of the business community.
The MG aims to respond to the demands of the labour market taking into account economic, social and cultural factors. Therefore, the MG's curriculum includes academic rigor and knowledge in the fields of management and development of soft-skills critical in the various areas that make up this master.

Get the knowledge and skills required for innovative and entrepreneurial management; Familiarity with analytical methodologies to explore data and the information available, as well as with technologies for a systematic treatment of data; Skills to undertake and lead any management project; Design, develop strategies for better implementation of the resources available to the management; Recognize the important role of management towards the strategic objectives of the organization.With a global market, also intends to form Masters able to manage an increasingly broad market, diverse and volatile, leading to a whole new way to manage and work (material resources, multiculturalism, human resources, different tax and legal frameworks, new concepts, new experience in terms of management, among other variables).

Professional Goals

 The Master in Management allows several professionals to perform functions in various business areas, such as marketing, production, human resources, consulting and auditing, in public and private companies, national and international.The aim of this Master's program is also to provide expertise in the field of scientific research in business sciences, thus enabling the pursuit of careers in teaching and research in higher education institutions.

Condições de Acesso

The MSc in Management will work in post-work hours.
