Objectives
- Describe the process of detecting and analyzing business opportunities;
- Define criteria for assessing the potential of a new business and the resources needed to develop and implement it;
- Prepare the necessary financial analysis tools.

Evaluation Methodology
The subject is taught using practical classes, which will be presented and discussed the matter basis, with presentation of case studies which support the theoretical matters and the projects of master students will be discussed.

Teaching Method
It is intended that the master's students realize an Opportunity Plan presenting a diagnosis as to the technological and market viability of the business idea and the resources necessary for its implementation, developing a Business Plan.
