Objectives
An overview of the principles and concepts of construction management and health and safety at the construction site.
Program
Measurement standards; Construction budgets; Resource planning and management; Price adjustment; Health ans safety at work: integrated safety, collective and individual protection; Noise and vibration; Prevention mechanisms; On-site Safety.
Evaluation Methodology
Optional assignment (15%).
Closed book test or exam (85% with the option of assignment) or 100% (without the option of assignment).
