Objectives
The students will acquire skills and tools in the field of building maintenance, familiarise themselves with legislation and standardisation issues on maintenance and understand the concepts, techniques and tools for maintenance management.
Program
1. Maintenance Management: Standards, Terminology, definitions and concepts, maintenance strategies; Maintenance management indicators.
2. Building maintenance: legal requirements, management goals and indicators, consumption monitoring
and energy efficiency.

Evaluation Methodology
Final assessment includes a technical paper with oral presentation.
