Objectives
The students should learn the concepts associated with the structure and operation of modern digital computers.

1- External Memory; 2-Internal Memory
3- Input / Output Unit; 4- Operating Systems; 5 - Computer arithmetic concepts
Evaluation Methodology
- Theoretical assessment - 40%, with a minimum mark of 8/20.
- Practical assessment - 40%, with a minimum mark of 10/20. Average of the lab assignments, each with a minimum grade of 8/20.
- Continuous assessment - 20%
