Prerequisites
Basics of the electromagnetic spectrum and of the radiation measurement units.
Objectives
The student should be able to identify the instrumental methods involving absorption, dispersion and emission of energy, as well as using them in quantitative analysis. The student should be able to apply the separation techniques of solvent extraction and chromatography.

6 - Chromatography: classification analysis by chromatography; methods and chromatographic techniques.
