Prerequisites
While not compulsory, previous knowledge of the course Electricity and Electronics is useful.
Objectives
Students should:
-acquire key concepts about measurement, error, uncertainty and calibration
- Become familiar with the use of the main electrical measurement tools
- Become acquainted with signals and filter processing systems, sensors, actuators and data acquisition and transmission systems.

Evaluation Methodology
A pass in ongoing assessment exempts students from final assessment.
Assessment includes 1 exam and individual and group assignments.
