Objectives
On completion of the module the students should have a general overview of the consumption process and its influencing variables as well as the impact of marketing on consumer bahaviour.

Evaluation Methodology
During continuous assessment: class questions (100%). Exemption from the exam for students who have a classification greater than or equal to 10 points.
Exam Times: written test (100%).
