Objectives
Students must understand the concepts associated with CE, especially concepts related to CE security and payments in commercial transactions via the Internet (1); Know the business models used in CE, namely business models between companies and consumers and between the State, companies and consumers (2); Use web 2.0 tools in CE to create a website for online commercial transactions (3); Acquire skills in developing apps for CE, with regard to the creation of product catalogues, customer registration and management, marketing campaigns with geolocation and communication in several languages (4); Analyze and communicate CE data through the production of reports and dashboards related to online commercial transactions (5)
