Objectives
By the end of the semester, students should be able to:
O1. Analyse the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy work environments, distinguishing between risk and protective factors;
O2. Explain the main concepts and theoretical models associated with safety, health and well-being at work;
O3. Apply theoretical models to the analysis of specific organisational contexts;
O4. Identify and interpret psychosocial risks, including stress, burnout, harassment and other factors associated with unhealthy work;
O5. Analyse the role of leadership, organisational culture and human resource management practices in promoting healthy work environments;
O6. Develop evidence-based organisational assessments in the field of health and well-being at work;
O7. Design appropriate intervention and evaluation strategies for promoting healthy work environments.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment:
- Group assignment: 70%
- Individual assignment: 30%
Students whose average mark is 10 or above will pass and be exempt from the exam.

Exam assessment:
- Final written exam (100%)
