Objectives
Provide knowledge about the actions of the HR department, specifically the administrative management of human resources.
Know the documents, mandatory formalities and procedures for hiring employees.
Know the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and have the ability to prepare processes in the organization, aiming to comply with the rules that will come into force from May 2018.
Carry out the set of mandatory communications to official entities, respecting the deadlines and the respective frequency.
Know the procedures for salary processing and calculation.
Avoid non-compliance with standards, with a view to good practices and preparation for audit processes.

Program
Create a company; Recruit and select - Procedures in the organization of processes.
Admission of workers - Formalities in accordance with CT; CNPD; ACT; AT and Social Security
Mandatory documents in administrative management - Dependent Work.
Salary processing - maps; control; records; various regimes.
HR audit - compliance, excellence, strategic adjustment.

Teaching Method
Expository method: Class with oral exposition, supported by data show, real forms, requests to entities; websites of official entities.
Presentation and discussion of practical cases and development of small individual works.
