Objectives
Planning the maintenance function.
Knowing WHAT is subject to maintenance, HOW, WHEN, and IF maintenance is effective.
Providing students with tools to organize and/or manage a maintenance department. Defining when and how to apply different types of maintenance to obtain the best cost-benefit ratio.
Applying basic reliability concepts as a decision support tool.

Evaluation Methodology
- The assessment will be done through a written test: continuous assessment, exam or re-sit exam (PE), two oral presentations (AO) and a practical assignment (TP).
