Objectives
This Course Unit (UC) aims to prepare and accompany students in direct contact with professional practices and forms of intervention linked to the competencies developed throughout the course. Thus, it is intended to transmit and consolidate already acquired knowledge and skills.
Program
This Curricular Unit (CU) aims to prepare and accompany students in direct contact with professional practices and forms of intervention linked to the competences developed throughout the course. The nature of the CU does not allow the definition of a program with concrete subjects. More important than the transfer of foreground is to seek to apply the skills already acquired in order to achieve the final goal of completion of the internship. The CU is based on the work developed individually and presented during the orientation sessions foreseen in this CU. Some of the constant subjects are:
- Search for an internship.
- Relationship with colleagues and superiors in the world of work.
- Activities to be developed at the internship site.
- Theoretical framework and critical analysis of the activities carried out.
Evaluation Methodology
Participation in internship activities as a Human Resources Management intern. The student will present the work developed in the organization to colleagues and professors at the UC.
The dissertation must be defended in public examinations.
