Objectives
This course aims to provide the basic concepts of the method of finite elements, the stages of its formulation and application to simple practical cases.

Evaluation Methodology
Assessment comprises: continuous (during class periods) and summative Assessment is based based on the works done during the classes and a final FEM project.
