2. Know capabilities and limitations of property assets to gain competitive advantage
3. Know facets of real estate management activities for optimizing physical, functional and economic performance of

4. Know financial instruments for investment and asset management
5. Identify Collective Investment Entities and define a suitable Real Estate Investment strategy for each of them.
6. Apply analysis methods in order to optimize results in asset management
7. Understand factors that influence asset value in exploration, very dependent on external to the intangible factors of real estate development
