Objectives
At the end of this curricular unit, students should understand and:

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment: Closed-book test covering all subject matters taught (75%, min. 6/20), 1 mandatory works (5%) + 1 mandatory group project (20%). Final assessment: Written test (75%, min. 6/20), practical works (5%)* and mandatory group project assignment (20%)*.

Teaching Method
Lectures focusing on theoretical, abstract aspects and its application. Practical sessions focus on individual problem-solving using Microsoft Project.

Software used in class
Microsoft Project or equivalent software for project management, software available online for drawing workflows, ishikawa diagrams and swot analysis.
