Objectives
This course aims to provide students with practical exposure to cutting-edge industrial reality. Competing in today’s global and highly dynamic economy has become increasingly demanding and challenging for both service and manufacturing companies. Challenges such as the constant need to adapt to market trends have led organizations to adopt new management methodologies that promote flexible, innovative, and above all agile teams, capable of delivering high-quality products and services as efficiently as possible. In this volatile and uncertain (VUCA) environment, adaptation becomes a continuous challenge.
Some of the key factors for success include having a highly adaptable strategy, fully flexible processes, and an organizational structure built on continuous development and modernization, while maintaining a strong focus on operational results. Achieving this balance is only possible with strong, cohesive, and forward-looking leadership.
