Objectives
Students will familiarise themselves with the regulations ruling labour relationships and distinguish between collective and individual law.Identify types of contracts,rights and duties of contractual parties and contract termination forms.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment: two written tests will be carried out, each worth 50%. Only students who have attended % of the classes taught before each test will be allowed to take the continuous assessment. Only students who obtain a grade equal to or higher than 8 (eight) points in the first test will be allowed to take the second test. In continuous assessment, students who obtain an average of 10 points will be approved and will be exempted from the exam.
Students admitted to the exam will take the written exam and will be "Passed" if they obtain 10 points.
At the time of appeal, students will be "Passed" if they obtain 10 points.
