Objectives

- Perform or guide the collection of data relating to attendance,

- Process and pay salaries;

- Complete documentation relating to legal obligations;

- Prepare training plans and reports, applying administrative procedures arising from labor law;

- Implement the processes inherent to team management;

- Promote good interpersonal relationship practices;

- Carry out the administrative process relating to performance evaluation;

- Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety;

- Structure and use information systems to support human resources management;

- Update information on employees’ individual processes;

- Implement internal and external communication plans.

Integrate the structures of the human resources management of an organization, performing technical functions under:

(a) Recruitment and Selection;
(b) Description and Job Evaluation;
(c) Career Development and Previsional Human Resources Management;
(d) Process of acceptance and socialization of new employees;
(e) Administrative and Regulatory function of Human Resources.

General and comprehensive manner:
- Technical Human Resources;
-  Human Resources Process Manager.
